Great value for money, close to the beach, spacious apartment, nice pool, late check-out and early check-in options.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach and the nearby town. The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony with a great view. The kitchen was well equipped, making it convenient for cooking meals. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the internet connection was painfully slow, making it difficult to stay connected with the outside world.

Swimming pool more the half of day is in shadow ... No Cable TV in romanian language for the guests, wich are more then 50% of the clients of the hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities were great - the pool was clean and there were always available sunbeds. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, which offered delicious and affordable meals. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they even organized our airport transfer. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to a supermarket, the old town, and a few minutes walk to the beach. this hotel provided excellent value for money and top-notch service.

very friendly and Helpful Hotel staff. For a short stay, not in the direct center of sunny beach it is quite ok. To Cacao Beach it is walking distance (5-10 Min)

Somehow we couldn´t manage it to adjust the climate control (remote control had a defect)

The hotel is impossible to find, there is not signs (most of the hotels are indicated this one is not) one hour to find it. The Receptionist lets me print 10 pages and after asks me 10 euros !! The position is uncomfortable. The Hotel is one of the farest from the beach. The pool closes early, at 7 pm.

The location of the hotel is great, with the old town just a short walk away. There is also an onsite shop, which is convenient for getting essentials. the bathroom in the room was clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective and caused discomfort during the night.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to park our car without any extra charges. the apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cot already set up for our baby, even though we hadn't requested one. the staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Best aspects: the location of the hotel was great, as we were close to a beautiful town called Nessebar, where we enjoyed delicious meals with stunning views of the sea. the value for money was excellent, as we felt that we got exactly what we paid for in terms of the room. It was simple but perfectly fine for our needs.

the pillows in our room were extremely hard, making it feel like we were sleeping on rocks.
